Milo is sick of Jocktopus picking on everyone, and uses a Siamese fighting fish to turn the tables on him. But with the ninja fish by his side, Milo becomes power hungry, and turns into a bully himself. Oscar fights with Milo over his messy habits, and decides they can’t live together. So Milo moves in with wolf fish who are as untidy as him.
