Developers Lucy Alexander and Martin Roberts explore a semi-detached property in Stoke-on-Trent, a house in Catford, south-east London, and a mid-terraced home in Workington, Cumbria, which are all about to be auctioned. The presenters then follow the sales and talk to the buyers about their plans for the buildings, before returning a few months later to review their progress.
