Developers Lucy Alexander and Martin Roberts explore a semi-detached house in Surbiton, south-west London, a ground-floor flat in Jarrow, Tyne and Wear, and a property in Derby. They follow each of the sales at auction before talking to the buyers about their plans for the buildings. After three months the team returns to review the progress.
