`My Extraordinary Pregnancy' follows the lives of women whose extreme situations affect their journeys to become mums. Critical medical conditions and physical disabilities can make pregnancy difficult for expectant mothers. This series takes a look at the experiences of some of these women, including a blind mum-to-be, an amputee, a body-builder and a woman who is allergic to her own babies. After being shot in battle, ex-soldier Hannah Campbell was told that the damage to her womb would mean she could no longer conceive, but against the odds she falls pregnant. However, Liz, who suffers with Larsen syndrome, is unable to carry a child herself and must find a surrogate mother.
