POVZETEK

Montserrat privoli, da bo ponoči pobegnila s Josejem Luisom. Juventino skuša izsiljevati Alejandra, toda Alejandro ga opozori, da ga bo odpustil, če bo komurkoli povedal za skrivnost njegove tašče. Dimitrio pove Adolfu za Joseja Luisa in kako naj izsili denar od Montserrat. Ta medtem Alejandra roti, naj njenemu bratu dovoli še eno noč ostati na ranču. Dimitrio spozna Angelico in je osupel nad njeno lepoto.
