Darren is hoping for an apartment close to his school, but Jessica is uncomfortable living in densely populated areas and prefers apartments further from downtown Reykjavik. Darren will need to opt for an apartment within walking distance from his school as well as make Jessica happy by agreeing to an apartment further away from the action of the city.
