POVZETEK

Mehmet v bolnišnici obišče svojega očeta. Ko vidi, kako zelo ga je prizadel, se fant odloči vseeno poročiti z Gumus. Gumus se novice zelo razveseli, saj je v Mehmeta zelo zaljubljena in upa, da si bosta ustvarila lepo življenje. Toda kmalu po poroki se v njunem odnosu začnejo kazati razpoke, ki se le še povečujejo. Poleg tega se Gumus takoj spre s svojo taščo Seref.
