POVZETEK

V priredbi klasičnega vesterna spremljamo zgodbo razvpitega strelca in čednega kavboja Quirta Evansa. Ko ga njegov okrutni rival Laredo Stevens hudo rani, se mora Quirt zateči h kvekerski družini, ki mu pomaga okrevati. Tam se izkušeni kavboj zaljubi v lepo kvekersko vdovo Temperance, ki močno nasprotuje nasilju in Quirtovemu načinu življenja. Se bo Quirt pripravljen spremeniti zavoljo ljubezni do lepe Temperance?
