When a large, unusual bird shows up in Jet's back yard and stays there, the kids start a hands-and-eyes-on investigation. Jet and Sunspot are fascinated by these "Earthie bird visitors." More and more of the same bird congregate in the yard. The kids research, observe, consult with Dr. Rafferty, and find out the birds are snow geese and are on their annual bird migration.
