SINOPSE

The Gallic chef explores the produce and cuisine of different regions of France, providing a selection of recipes that have inspired him through the years. He begins his journey in his home turf of Franche Comte, in the north-east of the country, where he visits his mother and cooks professionally on French soil for the first time.
