Reaching Reality is a short documentary film on three friends who jump on a sailboat, leaving everything behind, to jump into a new chapter on their lives. After leaving their jobs, their relationships and friends and family back in the Golden Gate Bridge, in California, they set to reach the south of Mexico.
However, the journey does not start the best way, and the feeling that nothing is going according to plan weakens them emotionally. Can the calid Mexican climate cheer them up?
They will live an adventure filled with sensations, surf, new discoveries and much more. It is time to face reality and see who will stick through to the end and if the bond between the three friends is strong enough to keep them together in their voyage.
