SYNOPSIS

A couple, friends, and a family of five make up the three sets of investors hoping to make money from auction property purchases. Martin is in north Wales on the coast, Dion is in Allenton in Derby and Lucy is in Maidstone in Kent. Adding bedrooms and putting in new bathrooms and kitchens are all under consideration.
