SYNOPSIS

Lucy Alexander and Martin Roberts explore a cliff-side house in Devon, a bijou London property and five flats in the Kent town of Ramsgate, before they are sold at auction. The pair then find out about the new owners' plans for their purchases and check on their progress at a later date.
