SYNOPSIS

Alastair Sooke interviews the artist as he prepares for a solo exhibition at London's National Portrait Gallery. The son of Conservative MP Tim Yeo, his subjects range from political leaders to Hollywood stars including Nicole Kidman and Kevin Spacey. In the lead-up to the show, Jonathan allows cameras into his usually private studio, where he reveals the challenges and pleasures of painting people for a living, and creates a portrait of actor Tom Hollander.
