Orangutan Jungle School

Deep in the heart of Central Kalimantan, Borneo, lies Nyaru Menteng, one of the most unique schools in the world. This school doesn’t teach math or science though, as its students are orphan Orangutans.
Orangutan Jungle School is a unique education system where hundreds of orphaned orangutans progress through a series of jungle classes and pre-release islands, where they learn skills they’ll need to survive in the wild.
