SYNOPSIS

Music City, USA Nashville is at the heart of hillbilly culture and is steeped in a tradition of moonshine and outlaws. On Broadway, the drug network is tight knit and all drugs are home grown. Old-timers grow the finest and largest quantity of weed in the country while do-it-yourself shake and bake meth labs have exploded in popularity. Law enforcement struggles to cope with the lawless self-production and the toxic waste left behind. The solution: fund anti-drug operations through asset forfeiture. In Tennessee police can seize the assets of suspected drug users and dealers. Suspects dont even have to be charged, let alone convicted.
