SYNOPSIS

Elizabeth is rushed to hospital after suffering a heart attack, and is looked after tenderly by Jack, but comes close to revealing a secret from her past while heavily sedated. Her frail health makes Anna and Gino decide to postpone telling their families about their relationship, but Carla becomes suspicious after finding contraception hidden in Anna's room.
