SYNOPSIS

Eighteen people are killed when a building is deliberately burnt to the ground, and the finger of blame points to ruthless property developer Phillip Granger as the brains behind the job. However, the police can't get to him because he is holed up in the Colombian Embassy, where the ambassador is an old school friend. Determined to put him behind bars, Jack and his team set up a surveillance operation to monitor his activity, while Charlie infiltrates the embassy and works on wooing the ambassador's daughter. However, his growing feelings for the young woman threaten to cloud his judgement. Honor Blackman guest stars in the crime drama.
