SYNOPSIS

Tanja and Niels eloped, now Tanja's father Peter Martin and Niels's mother, rich entrepreneur Katharina Claasen, board honeymoon cruise by surprise, each planning to break them up, but teaming up poorly while the couple hides on land, even if that leaves penniless earning their keep a Buddhist monastery's service to the poor. Book shopkeeper Paul Bühler and retired theater star Sonja Rainders wed aboard, having been separated for decades, but find their expectations overdue, Sonja can't appreciate Paul's clumsy attempts to live up to her presumed wants. Wedding planners Daniel Bergmann, newly recruited, and Marie Andresen find it hard to collaborate, being ex-lovers who suddenly broke up, she ignored why.
