SYNOPSIS

Dotty finds out the truth about her mother from Dot. Zainab goes into labour locked in the unit. Ian decides to trust Lucy, following Jane's advice until he finds her in a romantic clinch with Leon. Whilst the Square are left to deal with recent events.
