SYNOPSIS

When Jeff discovers Snezana has been medically treating a community of illegal Serbian immigrants, the secret almost has fatal consequences as Jeff threatens to blow the whistle. Toby makes an elaborate diagnosis, but it is clear to Ruth that he has not read her notes and Toby's attempts to impress lead to more trouble. Meanwhile, Marilyn asks Zoe to lie on the stand against Maggie, and spies Zoe flirting with Sean.
