SYNOPSIS

Frank Drebin, le flic le plus déjanté de la planète, prend sa retraite, pour le bonheur de tous ! Manque de pot, un dangereux terroriste, Rocco, prépare de sa prison un nouvel attentat contre les Etats-Unis et cible Hollywood et la cérémonie des Oscars en particulier. Drebin connaît la compagne de Rocco, la pulpeuse Tanya et propose à son ex-chef Hocken de l'aider.
