Julian Norton gets to grips with castrating alpacas, and among those needing the chop is his old friend Lothario, an infertile stud who is sadly not living up to his name. Back at the surgery, Peter Wright performs a life-changing operation on a precious pug dog that is struggling to breathe. Other animals receiving the vets' tender, loving care include Hungarian pigs, South American alpacas, a bearded dragon, an extremely fat cat, a heavily pregnant sheep and a clingy chameleon.
