The two remaining South West chefs prepare their entire menus for Prue Leith, Matthew Fort, Oliver Peyton and guest judge Ken Sturdy, who is a veteran of the Normandy landings. Only one contender can make it through to represent their region in the national finals and get the chance to cook at a banquet held in St Paul's Cathedral to mark the 70th anniversary of D-Day.
