For mains, one chef is taking inspiration from reality TV show "I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!', which has relocated to Wales for the past two series. Another is celebrating `Blackadder Goes Forth' with an explosive presentation. Lastly, there is a homage to Sir David Attenborough and his series `Blue Planet", where the chef serves a mainly vegetarian dish with the environment in mind.
