The chefs have to create a perfect fruit-based soufflé with a garnish of their choice in the Skills Test set by Monica Galetti, demonstrating their working methods and techniques. The Signature Dish follows, after which Monica, Marcus Wareing and Gregg Wallace have to decide which three stay, and which three have their hopes ended.
