John and Lisa bring new ideas to some festive classics. They start with a take on Glamorgan sausages served with a chilli jam, and John has his Nana's recipe for an indulgent roast chicken with cranberry stuffing and "naughty' mash, a very tasty alternative to traditional turkey and the trimmings. Lisa has the `ultimate nut roast", a dish all their family insist on for Christmas Day whether they are vegetarian or not.
