Documentary following David Attenborough as he travels around the world to make his series First Life, which explores the origins of life on Earth. As he visits locations including the Great Barrier Reef, the deserts of Morocco and the glaciers of Canada, the broadcaster and wildlife expert explains his life-long fascination with the natural world, and also travels back to Leicestershire, the county in which he spent his childhood.
