Season 18 picks up a few weeks after Kourtney’s shocking revelation that working with her sisters every day is no longer making her happy. The family attempts to deal with Kourtney’s growing discontent, resulting in an unprecedented fight between the sisters that leaves everyone questioning the future of the show and their relationship as a family. Also this season, Khloe and her ex attempt to be long-distance co-parents when he returns to Cleveland for the NBA season and can no longer see his daughter True as frequently. Kris and Corey spice up their sex life, Khloe and Scott plan an epic new prank to top all other pranks, and Kylie undergoes a frightening medical procedure. Kendall throws herself a spooky birthday party, the family feuds over Christmas traditions when Kylie reveals she no longer wants to celebrate Christmas morning at Kourtney’s house, and Kim races to help a potentially innocent inmate on death row whose execution is days away. Scott reconnects with a long lost relative and relives some forgotten childhood memories, and Kris gets creative to encourage a reluctant Khloe to start dating again.
