Peter Maddison meets Brisbane couple Milly Bradshaw and Andrew Wilson, who plan to build a modern, angular, three-storey farmhouse on their Brookfield ranch, together with their friend and carpenter Hamish. However, even the architect of the building admits it will not be an easy project, and with Milly working full time and leaving the decision-making to her partner, Andrew soon becomes flustered.
