Developers Lucy Alexander and Martin Roberts explore properties about to be auctioned, including a fisherman's cottage in Devon, a London flat and a terraced house in Derbyshire, then follow the sale and talk to the buyers about their plans for the buildings. After three months, the duo return to review their progress.
