Синопсис

Developers Lucy Alexander and Martin Roberts explore a holiday property on the south coast of England, a detached house in the Midlands and a ground floor flat in Glasgow, which are all about to be auctioned. Later, they meet the new owners of the homes, and witness the renovation work in progress.
