Developers Lucy Alexander and Martin Roberts explore a terraced property in Margate, Kent, a farmhouse in Cornwall and a semi-detached home in Derbyshire, and then follow the sales and talk to the buyers about their plans for the buildings. After three months the team returns to review their progress.
