Si King and Dave Myers head to Lancashire, where they cook a traditional dish at Blackburn Cathedral, and dig up the first crop of Ormskirk new potatoes. They also compete in a cook-off with Michelin-starred chef Nigel Haworth, relying on restaurant diners to decide who has best captured the flavour of the county.
