Rylan Clark-Neal oversees proceedings in the kitchen today, as good friends Heather and Kelly join him for some great cooking. They are paired with the ever-inventive Akis Petretzikis and the queen of spice, Romy Gill. Heather and Kelly have very busy lives and find it hard to find time to cook from scratch at home. They have come to the kitchen to get some quick and easy recipe ideas that they can recreate at home.
