ÖZET

Chandler and Tex are still being held hostage by crazy Russian admiral Ruskov, who is willing to trade the pair for Scott's vaccine prototype - or he'll blow up the USS Nathan James. Slattery has to decide between his best buddy and the fate of the world, and - proving he has the potential to fill the commanding officer's boots - takes swift, decisive action.
