ÖZET
The Michelin-starred chef demonstrates dishes inspired by classics of the British pub menu. He begins by making a simple Caesar salad, before showing how easy it is to whip up bar snacks such as pickled eggs, spicy nuts and pork scratchings. As a twist on the traditional roast, Tom cooks pork belly, lentils and cabbage salsa, and heads to Suffolk to prepare his take on fish and chips with locally caught brill. He finishes off by preparing a date and toffee pudding with a caramelised banana topping.
