Monica Galetti and Gregg Wallace set the remaining five chefs a 10-minute skills test of preparing a crown of duck for roasting and making the legs ready for confit. Only four of them will go on to try to re-create Michel Roux Jr's monkfish liver dish, with the best three contestants advancing to the quarter-final.
