ÖZET

Five of the 10 chefs from yesterday's heat return to face a skills test, in which they must break down a cooked lobster and serve it with a salad. The top four then have to re-create a French pastry classic before preparing their own dish to be judged by Michel Roux Jr and Gregg Wallace, who pick three contestants to advance to the quarter-final.
