Former childhood sweethearts who became a couple 35 years later invest in a holiday flat by the Ayrshire coast in Largs, and developers who bought property at auction in Wetherby in Yorkshire and Windsor in Berkshire hope to turn a profit. But just like love, property developing doesn't always run smoothly.
