Buck and Buddy find an old hand-held electric fan. They turn it on and are blown away, literally! Realising how powerful this machine is, they set it up in Bug Alley to blow away any unwanted visitors. But when they lose control of the fan, they must stop the storm before their entire life is carried away on the wind.
