As Johnson is trying to escape her chaotic life for a few days, Libby asks her for help when Dennis Daughtry’s mother demands money in exchange for calling off the police investigation into her husband’s alleged inappropriate contact with her son. As Dan Logan returns from Mexico after getting a divorce only to find Johnson unwilling to marry him and recommitted to working with Masters, the police charge Masters and Johnson with running a prostitution ring, citing Nora’s clandestine recording of the rent arrangement.
