In Peterhead, Aberdeenshire, the Ocean Dawn has been enjoying bumper hauls, but skipper Ian is struggling to get younger men to join his crew as they are choosing jobs on oil rigs rather than fishing boats. Back down on the south coast of England, the Govenek of Ladram is having one of its worst seasons in years, and skipper Phil has brought 25-year-old learner John to help out. But will an extra pair of hands be a help or a hindrance?
