SEZóNA: 11
EPIZODA: 9 - The quarter-finalists cook dishes suggested by chef-turned-food critic Charles Campion.
OBSAH
The four heat-winners enter the quarter-final, the Critic's Brief, in which they come up with two dishes based on the simple instructions of this week's guest judge - chef-turned-food critic Charles Campion. For the main, he asks for a classic British dish or a genuine Indian one, and for the dessert, insists on a pudding that the customer finds overwhelming. Once the food is ready, Charles faces each amateur in turn to give them his honest opinion, along with John Torode and Gregg Wallace. But which one will fail to make the knockout week?
