Serena is stretched to her professional limits when Guy asks her to draw up an urgent report, so the last thing she needs is her mother arriving on the ward - and to make matters worse, she becomes involved in a paternity issue with a patient. Elliot isn't feeling himself and has started forgetting things, so he feels flustered when Guy announces they are bringing forward the launch of the Herzig 5, while Adele sets out to prove herself to Mo, who is holding her sister to impossibly high standards.
