Major League Baseball, skr. MLB, je najvyššia a úplne profesionálna bejzbalová liga v Severnej Amerike, ktorá pozostáva z mužstiev, ktoré hrajú v Národnej lige a v Americkej lige. Tieto dve ligy sa spojili v roku 2000 do jedinej organizácie MLB, ktorú vedie Commissioner of Baseball (komisár alebo splnomocnenec pre bejzbal).
MLB predstavuje jednu z hlavných profesionálnych športových líg v Spojených štátoch a v Kanade.
