The Scottish chefs are challenged to put together fish dishes in their mission to secure the chance to prepare a menu for the Olympic Feast. Returning contender Alan Murchison competes against newcomers Colin Buchan and Mark Greenaway, preparing crab cannelloni, poached halibut with squid ink, and grilled mackerel with beetroot meringues and horseradish ice-cream. Veteran competitor Jeremy Lee determines which of them will present their work to the judges on Friday.
