John and Lisa are bringing a holiday vibe to the table in their Weekend Kitchen. Whether it's a staycation or vacation this summer, you can enjoy some holiday favourites at home. Start the day with some indulgent French toast - served two ways, before moving onto Lisa's Spanish style stew served with John's aioli. There are seasoned tofu steaks accompanied by a rainbow salad and homemade sweet chilli sauce, and finally peaches and cream pies and a roasted peach daiquiri for dessert.
