OBSAH

Ileana studied business and worked long hours indoors for a multinational logistics company. Her love for dance and desire for movement drove her to quit her corporate life and begin a new chapter as a fitness trainer. Quickly exhausting the traditional methods available at her local gyms, she began to create innovative and groundbreaking exercise methods of her own. Her goal: to empower women by making them feel strong and feminine at the same time.
