Part two of two. Tensions in the Emergency Department are at risk of spiralling out of control as the whole team works to save Charlie following his heart attack. The situation is only made worse by the prospect of gang crime threatening to spill into the hospital corridors, and with the rest of his colleagues attempting to avert the untimely death of a beloved Holby veteran, it is left to Jacob to stop the violence spreading. Meanwhile, Dylan finally acknowledges he needs help as he continues to struggle with his obsessive-compulsive disorder, and Duffy manages to inspire Louise into considering a return to nursing. Plus, Max and Zoe make the first steps toward reconciliation, but it is clear forgiveness is not yet on the cards.
